Meet the Founder
Kaylah Pitts, MPH | Founder of KP Learning Lab LLC
Hi! I'm Kaylah Pitts, MPH, founder of KP Learning Lab! With nearly 10 years of tutoring experience beginning with the Indianapolis Algebra Project, my passion is helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and believe they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in American Sign Language (ASL) from The Ohio State University and my Master of Public Health (MPH) from Indiana University. I currently serve as a Scientific Research Coordinator in a Neuroepidemiology Laboratory while pursuing my PhD.
Through KP Learning Lab, I provide personalized academic support for preschool through 12th-grade students, along with select college-level science and ASL courses. I also partner with community organizations to expand educational opportunities for underserved youth.
With a special passion for supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, I strive to create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered.
My mission goes beyond academics. I want every child who walks through our doors to leave believing in themselves, recognizing their potential, and knowing that no dream is too big and no goal is out of reach.
